Payments

Payment is by PayPal or you can pay with your credit card using Etsy's secure direct check out. I also accept Etsy gift cards.

Orders will not be shipped to unconfirmed addresses without prior approval.

For orders shipped within California sales tax will be added at 7.625%.

Orders shipped out of the US will be sent via USPS mail. You may need to sign to receive your order.

Any customs charges or fees are the responsibility of the buyer. The value of your order will be accurately stated on the customs forms NO EXCEPTIONS.

Shipping from United States

I ship via US mail unless special arrangements are made. All items over $100.00 are shipped free in the U.S. You will receive a tracking number sent to your Email address when your order is shipped.

Orders are usually shipped in 3-5 working days unless otherwise stated under the "shipping and Policies" tab.

Out of US shipments are sent via USPS mail. You must sign to receive orders over $200.00

Actual postage charges on overseas orders will not be refunded (actual charges may be more or less than what you paid for shipping).

Items over $50.00 arrive in a nice presentation box with a buff cloth. A written receipt is included with all orders.

Refunds

Any item** may be returned unused and in original condition (with the presentation box and cloth) for any reason within 10 days of receipt for a full refund including shipping. Buyers are responsible for return shipping and insurance charges.

** Excluding special orders "made to order rings" and sized rings

After 10 days from receipt of your order all sales are final unless specific permission is granted via Etsy conversations.

Special orders "made to order rings" and rings that have been sized may not be returned unless prior arrangements have been made.

Please know your correct ring size. Here is a handy tool for that ;

I will send this tool free of charge with any ring order if you are unsure of the size you need. Just ask in a "note to seller" at check out.

Ring bands Wedding sets and other rings that are listed as "any size" or "made to order in your size" are made for you as payments are received. These items can be exchanged once for the correct size*
Items received by exchange may not be returned for any reason.

* May not apply to gold wedding rings and sets

Gold "made to order in your size" rings and wedding sets can be sized down (smaller) ONLY so make sure you order the correct size.

If you order the wrong size gold ring and need the ring or rings sized down I can do that for you. The cost is $25.00 per ring.

I guarantee all my work to be free of defects in workmanship and materials. I will repair defects free.

Damage that is from ordinary wear or accidents will be repaired when possible for a negotiated fee.

All metals are quality stamped. Items over $50.00 arrive in a nice presentation box with a buff cloth. A written receipt is included with all orders.

I will not send you any unwanted Emails or bother you for a review.
