This is a beautiful natural white Sapphire from Sri Lanka (formerly Celon).

The 5 mm stone is eye clean and set in Sterling silver with 3mm wide shank in a vintage style floral pattern.

Sapphire is Mohs 9 second only to Diamond for hardness.
