Unexpected and outstanding customer service. Last minute anniversary idea and this shop made it happen! I simply explained and without hesitation at no extra cost, I received my beautiful rings very quickly. The detail and shine is remarkable, they came in black hinged "fine" jewelry boxes. They are exquisite. They included a buffer, explaining the do's and don'ts of cleaning. 10 star's!!!

The quality is good and the ring arrived within reasonable time. I appreciate the seller's consideration for how suitable the ring would be for my ring size and making the effort to suggest a substitution. The only unexpected situation was the import fee I had to pay at the post officer when picking up.

Graham was a great help, I had to return my rings to get a smaller ring for my fiancé (4mm was too wide to match her engagement) so Graham let the downsize in her ring cover costs of reshipping and the labor of half sizing up my 6mm ring! Mine fits perfect now and she loves the smaller ring :) Stoked.
